Chocolate Almond Flour Dessert In A Cup
3 jumbo eggs
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup honey graham crackers nondairy crushed
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup coconut sugar
2/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 cup avocado oil
1 tbsp nondairy semisweet chocolate
1. Blend eggs, water, and vanilla extract first in ninja blender on puree mode. Then add almond flour, honey graham crackers, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking soda, kosher salt, and avocado oil. The last step is to add the chocolate chips and blend just a bit. Pour into baking cups and not all the way.
2. Bake on 325 degrees Fahrenheit the middle is firm, check using your finger and stick a toothpick to make sure it comes out clean.
3. When cooled off sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
