Chocolate Pumpkin Seed Almond Flour Squares

Ingredients:

1 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 ripe bananas
3 jumbo eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 1/3 cup grapeseed oil
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

Directions:

1.Preheat oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2.Degrease 8-inch square pan with a bit of grapeseed oil
3. Put all the ingredients besides pumpkin seeds into the blender and put on puree mode. Scrape sides once in between to make sure all is well blended
4. Add pumpkin seeds and don’t blend
5. Pour mixture into pan
6. Bake about 40 minutes. Stick a toothpick into middle and see if it comes out clean to make sure it is ready.
7.Sprinkle confectioners sugar when cooled off and enjoy
