Chickpea and Beet Dip




1 can chickpeas 150z

1 large beet

1 large garlic clove

1 tsp table salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp coriander

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 lemon squeezed

1/8 cup water

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil



1.Drop all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth

2.Refrigerate for 30 min and serve
