Ingredients:

Salmon Fillet

Kosher Salt

Chives spice

Whole Dill spice

Cilantro spice

Dill weed spice

Glass dish with sides

Cling plastic food wrap

 

Directions:

      1.Wash the fillet and put in a glass dish

  1. Spread salt all over, a  nice thick layer
  2. Spread all other spices listed on top one at a time
  3. Close with wrap
  4. Keep in fridge 1 day and then take out to spill out the juice that will be in the dish. Then put back again for another day. It needs to be for 2 days in the fridge
  5. After 2 days take out rinse off everything and serve
